Installation (quick)

TLDR; Watch the video on Getting Started for a quick installation demonstration.

Install on Shared Hosting

1. Install Drupal 9 or 10 "standard" install using any "1-click" Drupal install provided by many shared hosts (SiteGround, Hostgator, Ionos, etc.).

2. Visit the "Extend" page where you should see the "Add new module" button.

3. Visit "Add new module" page and upload a zip/tar file from the OpenChurch Core project page.

4. On the success page click the "Enabled newly added modules" link.

5. Search for "OpenChurch Core" on the extend page and enable this module.

6. After installing this module you should see content created at /admin/content. Next we will install the theme.

7. Next visit the "Appearance" page.

8. Upload OpenChurch theme zip/tar from OpenChurch Theme page.

9. Visit "Install newly added themes" link.

8. Find the "OpenChurch Theme" and click the "Install and set as default" link.

9. If everything installed successfully you should see a fully-themed website! Verify by visiting the homepage of your installation.
